Suspension Fitness, Boxing,  Padwork, 

High Intensity Training, Exercise Nutrition...

I also teach circuit classes combining strength training and cardio intervals and HIIT sessions for all levels and abilities.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Working with a personal trainer can bring so many benefits. A personal trainer will help you define your goals, maximise your time, offer variety, challenges and expertise to make sure you avoid injury while maximising the effect of your efforts. Having a trainer can help you commit to being the best version of you possible!

Sessions can be 30 minutes-1 hour depending on your needs and goals. I am happy to be flexible and offer a bespoke service!

GROUP TRAINING

If you think you would get more inspired working with a friend or you'd like to share the cost of a training session, group training might be for you! There is still the opportunity to define your individual goals in a small group and working together to achieve them can be so much fun!
