Join this Functional Training Session that warms you up for a Great Swim!

 

30 minutes of strength and cardio intervals followed by 30 minutes of glorious swimming!

 

All levels and abilities encouraged!

 

Join our inspirational atmosphere that focuses on your fitness needs within our supportive community.

 

Tuesdays: 9:30–10:30 Dartington Pool at Meadowbrook

Join a fun supportive group for a challenging workout in Meadowbrook playing fields!

 

Monday and Wednesday morning 9:15-9:45!

 

Heart pumping and strengthening combos will set you soaring into the day!
